How Can I Pay For Lawn Mowing Services?
If you’re a weekly or fortnightly customer with a credit/debit card on file, you will be sent an Invoice immediately after a lawn mowing service is completed at your property
The following Thursday your card will be charged for the amount stated on the invoice
For all one-off services a card will be required and charged immediately after service, unless an arrangement has be organized prior to service
Can I Pay Cash?

Services
As a start-up business our core service will be Lawn Care in the Auckland Area, as we expand and gain more capital our services will increase too
How Do You Price A Lawn?
- We use software similar to Google Earth to gauge the size of the mowing area
- Compare that against our price list
- Have an operator confirm by visiting the property
What Does A Lawn Service Include?
We are trying to streamline our services and offer a standardized service with optional add-ons
Our standard service includes
- Line trimming along the perimeter fence line
- Line edging – Using a weed-eater vertically to cut the grass along edges for a cleaner look
- Using a blower and in some cases a yard broom to clear clippings from concrete areas
Optional add-ons
- Mowing using a catcher is an additional cost because of disposal fees associated
- Priority Lawn Service enables you to skip the queue for that urgent reason, whatever that may be
- Overgrown lawns incur an additional cost because of difficulty and machine stress
- Weeding garden beds manually or by non selective weed spray
What Is The Best Height to Mow My Lawn?
Ideally we only want to be cutting up to 40 percent off the top of your lawn, so between 30-50 mm depending on the type of grass present at your property and the season
If you would like your lawn cut longer or shorter please do not hesitate to contact us or calling +6421 0854 8621
Mowing Wet Grass?
As a professional lawn care service provider, our clients expect that we service their lawn on a schedule
That sometimes requires us to make a good judgement call
When your lawn is actively growing it may be better for us to cut it wet rather than leave it for weeks without a cut
If on your schedule date, you feel like your lawn is too wet please let us know ASAP and we will re-schedule your regular service
Complaints
We encourage you to NOT communicate your concerns with our staff while at your property because
- We would like to keep a record of conversations for developmental purposes
- Avoid confusion
- Operators may forget or may not take note
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service please do not hesitate to contact us
Delays
Due to our schedule, we do not have the luxury of “taking off” when it lightly rains or on holidays
We will mow in the light rain or when the rain stops
Other than a rain delay, we should never miss a scheduled cut.
On the rare occasion we are delayed your service will be pushed on to the next day
Saturday is sometimes used for the purpose of make-up days due to delays during the week, if any
Damages
All Chur Bros Lawn Care operators are required to report and document any damages prior to commencing service
Please report any damage caused by our operators within 7 after service has been provided, so we can make a timely professional repair at our expense
We will not honour any request for repair expenses for damaged property that we were not made aware of and allowed to rectify beforehand
Where we can not rectify professionally we will outsource to a qualified person
Access
Your gate must be unlocked for the entire day on your schedule day of service
If you prefer not to unlock your gate, we recommend that you use combo locks and that you provide us with the combination.
We are unable to send our operators back or issue any credit for not mowing inside a locked fenced area
Pets
Please make us aware of any pets you have on the property
Extra care will be taken to make sure your pet does not escape when we are accessing the property but we can not guarantee they will not escape
on your scheduled day we ask you either keep your pet inside or somewhere out of the way
